Business Courier & Delivery Services

  • Airport Delivery - We will pick up your luggage at the airport and deliver it to you where ever you are staying. We make car rental reservations for you also.
  • Answering Service - We will answer your important calls when you are not available, We forward them to you through text or email.
  • Attorney Court Filing - Austin-Errands will file all of your documents at the appropriate court in a timely manner. Retainer services available.
  • Concierge Service - Pamper your clients with our complete concierge services. Weekends are available for this service.
  • Courier Service - We deliver your documents, parcels, packages, transcripts, medical supplies, and auto parts all in a timely manner.
  • Document Pick up/ Drop off - Austin-Errands gets all your documents to their destination on time. Contract Service available.
  • Food Pick up for Business Functions & Luncheons - We order and deliver buffet platters, fruit & cold cut trays for your next Business function/luncheon. Lunch Pick up is available.
  • Hospital and Medical Delivery - Pharmaceutical Courier - Express Medicine Delivery, Laboratory Delivery Service, Laboratory Courier - Pick up and Delivery of Lab Specimens.
  • Office Supply Pick up - Never run out of office supplies again. Austin-Errands will pick up your office supplies on a weekly/monthly basis. Contract Services are available.
  • Scheduled Daily Service - Austin-Errands provides scheduled delivery service with a Contract agreement. Call us now to find out how.
  • We pick up and scan documents for out of state requests - Not in the Austin area and need a document that is located here, we can acquire it for you and scan, email or fax it to you.

Business Hours and Fees:

  • $25.00 flat fee for the first hour.
  • 30 minute increments after the first hour.
  • A .50 cent per mile charge will be made to errands over 15 miles.
  • We ask that you pay ahead of time per our quote through MapQuest.
  • We process Visa, MasterCard, Discover through Paypal.
  • We do not accept checks at this time. Credit Cards/Debit and Cash ONLY!!
  • Fees do not include merchandise or services purchased.

  • Any errand request after hours is $5 more an hour.
